How long does it take to receive an order?
Once your prescriptions are received they generally will be filled, shipped, and delivered to you within 3 to 6 business days. Medications can be sent UPS with overnight delivery for an additional charge if you need rush delivery.
Specialty drugs such as Class II narcotics and compounded medications take a little more time for Sunset Rx to process. Please plan ahead and allow enough time to receive your order before you run out. Keep in mind that most insurance companies will allow you to order refills up to a month in advance. Ordering ahead of time will reduce the risk of interrupting therapy.
What resources are available if I have questions about prescriptions?
In order to help you use your medications correctly, Sunset Rx includes comprehensive and easy-to-understand information with each new prescription. Members can get additional detailed information by contacting a qualified Sunset Rx team member. Sunset Rx pharmacists are available to answer any questions you may have about prescriptions.
What do I do if I have an alternative address?
If you need to receive your medications at an address other than the one we have on file please notify Sunset Rx by phone or email. Speaking to a technician directly will assure the information is directly placed in your file. Mail-order medications cannot be sent outside the United States.
How do I pay for my order?
Customers can pay using the following methods:

How much will I save?
Sunset Rx recommends patients contact your insurance company for price estimates on current prescriptions. We also recommend researching options for generics if you are interested in further savings.
